The subscription includes example spreadsheets illustrating the use of the functions, a detailed PDF documentation with formulas and information on the algorithms used and updates with new functions and enhancements for existing ones.

For a payment via bank transfer, please contact us by email in order to receive our banking details. Bank transfers are subject to a processing charge of 50 CHF per transaction. Also contact us by email if you are interested in customized license types (e.g. 100 computers with support).
We do not issue customized invoices, the Paypal payment confirmation you will receive by email serves as receipt and invoice. We strictly adhere to this policy and do not make exceptions.
The full terms and conditions are stated in the end-user license agreement (EULA). Note that subscriptions are strictly non-refundable and subscriptions cannot be switched between computers (only transferred from old to one new computers).
After ordering, you will receive an email containing your license code, download link and other information on how to get started. Please make sure that your security settings allow to receive emails from the domain andreassteiner.net.
At the end of the subscription period, the subscription expires. There is no automatic renewal and we do not send renewal reminders. When a user whishes to continue using the add-in, a new subscription can be purchased. The new license code received can be used with already installed add-ins in a seemless fashion.
