Data Protection & Privacy Policy

Working with private information is our daily business in all of our activities. Not only are we conducting our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security, we are taking additional steps to protect client-related data.

Personal Data
Through any of our websites, we will not collect any personal data about you (e.g. name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it (e.g. by registration, subscription), respectively, provide your consent (e.g. by accepting terms and conditions, agreements), or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations

Purpose of Use

Collection, processing and use of such data can occur and will be performed in accordance with the applicable data privacy protection legal framework (our company registration, legal domicile and physical company-owned hardware is located in Switzerland). The data will be treated as private and confidential and we do not sell or otherwise make available to third parties.
We do not make use of Cookies on any of our websites.

To protect your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorized disclosure or access, we use various technical and organizational security measures.
In return, we also protect our internal proprietary data. We generally do not share information with anonymous parties.

Our websites can contain links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites.
We also do not take any responsabilities of third party Web services we use as communcation tools (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn)
